Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Kinda Fit with Keesy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to in-person personal training, group training classes, and customized asynchronous workout programming.

By purchasing services, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

All sales are final.

Due to the time-based and customized nature of our services:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital or customized programming once delivered.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial package use.

Purchasing a package reserves time, planning, and business capacity. That reserved time cannot be resold.

2. Cancellation Policy (Sessions)

A. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the session.

This policy applies to both one-on-one and group training sessions.

3. Package Expiration

To protect scheduling capacity and business sustainability:

  • Training packages expire [insert timeframe – e.g., 60 or 90 days] from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Expired sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Asynchronous / Customized Programming

All customized workout programs and digital training services are non-refundable once delivered.

Because programming is individualized and constitutes intellectual property:

  • No refunds will be issued after program access is granted.

  • Redistribution or sharing of programming is strictly prohibited.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • You agree to provide written notice and allow 7 days to resolve the matter directly.

  • The Company reserves the right to provide documentation of this policy and proof of service to the payment processor.

  • Clients may be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred.

6. Medical or Emergency Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary hardship, session extensions may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

Documentation may be required.

Refunds remain at the sole discretion of Kinda Fit with Keesy LLC.

7. Discretionary Authority Clause

Notwithstanding the above policies, Kinda Fit with Keesy LLC reserves the sole and absolute right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception granted:

  • Does not establish precedent.

  • Does not waive future enforcement.

  • Does not modify this policy for other clients.

All decisions regarding refunds, credits, or extensions are final.

8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing services, booking sessions, or participating in programs, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read this Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Understand its terms

  • Agree to be bound by its provisions
